Returns
Return & Exchange Policy – San Jac Outdoors
We want you to love your San Jac Outdoors gear. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Eligibility: Items must be new with tags, unworn, and unwashed.
Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Approval: Once your request is submitted and approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Exchanges: We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or item of equal value, subject to availability.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
