Wholesale Policy

Eligibility

San Jac Outdoors partners with retailers who align with our brand values and provide a quality retail experience. All wholesale accounts are reviewed and approved prior to ordering.

A valid resale certificate and business address are required to open an account.

Opening Order Minimum

• The required opening wholesale order is $1,500 (before shipping).

• Orders below this amount cannot be accepted for first-time wholesale customers.

Reorder Minimum

• The minimum reorder amount is $350 (before shipping).

• Orders under this threshold may be subject to cancellation or adjusted to meet minimums.

Wholesale Pricing

• Approved wholesale partners receive access to wholesale pricing and product availability.

• Prices are subject to change based on materials, production, or market conditions.

• We require that retailers adhere to our MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) if specified for certain products.

Payment Terms

• All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless otherwise negotiated.

• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, ACH, bank transfer, or approved terms.

• Late payments on Net accounts may result in account suspension.

Shipping & Lead Times

• Most wholesale orders ship within 7–14 business days depending on season and inventory.

• Pre-order or made-to-order items will include estimated ship dates on the product sheet or invoice.

• Shipping fees are the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise stated.

Backorders

• Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Wholesale orders are final sale.

• We do not accept returns on wholesale orders except in cases of damaged or defective merchandise.

• Any shortages, damages, or errors must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photos and documentation.

Brand Representation

Retailers agree to represent San Jac Outdoors in a manner consistent with our brand:

• No unauthorized logo use

• No redesigning, relabeling, or altering of products

• No selling on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, etc.) without written approval

Account Termination

San Jac Outdoors reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts that:

• repeatedly violate wholesale policies,

• fail to pay invoices on time, or

• misrepresent the brand.
